A huge thank you to another 6 volunteers these past 2 days for completing their courses, then the following 10 mins life-saving ADA outreach peer training and receiving your life-saving kits.
This will be becoming mandatory for all following the Feb Committee meeting. From Mon 1st February there will be no entry to any Street Friends storage facilities for non-fully inducted volunteers with Naloxone training.
Anyone wishing to take a shift off or a week off to complete their inductions please do, they should only take a few hours. All ew volunteers will be requested to complete these courses prior to their starting their buddy-up inductions in the future. There are new volunteers who are trained who can replace anyone needing time off, to do their courses.
Most of all a huge thank you to a wonderful team, for truly caring about all lives. To have a free opportunity to be in a position to save lives is a wonderful thing, well done for embracing that. A huge thank you to both the SDF, ADA, NHS Grampain, DDTF, ADP and all our other advisors and supporters, who have enabled this to be possible.
