Ruth Conkey, incredibly kind donation of 2 chest of drawers & donated clothes lunchtime 14th Nov.

It was lovely to today receive clothes and 2 large chest of drawers, along with bags of clothes sorted into them too for easy access, all perfect to go straight out.

Lovely to meet her mum too, the tidy up will allow use of work top for the Street Friends laptop. With an aim for anyone requiring any help or assistance one to one only, due to restrictions, with masks, to receive help with their uploads, website, courses etc. This will still require confirmation from the landlord, which will aim to talk to him on the phone Monday/ or by email.

Huge thank you to the Conkey family, from Street Friends and those most in need, the brilliant items will go straight to benefiting.

We do still require a further 2 large tables, 2 smaller tables, 4 foldaway camping chairs, 2 wardrobes and another 4 chest of drawers.

Following this we will then require a further application, and if acceptable on landlord guidance have an aim to add in a tap/sink, and the storing of large urn and the flasks/ tea & coffee items there too, freeing up space for Holland Street donations/sorting location.
